2002 THIRD STREET LOFTS
Eric Staten at the Stanley Saitowitz Office | Job Captain, Project Designer

At Third Street and Mariposa, in the Mission Bay neighborhood, 38 live/work lofts occupy six levels over parking. Lower units have street entrances or terraces over the garage. Upper units are three floors with a double-height living volume in the barrel vault and master bedrooms floating above. The building is clad in standing seam zinc with large glazed areas and individual balconies articulating the unit module.
